Course Description: The MA Scriptwriting (Screen and Radio) seeks to provide the skills, knowledge and experience that all prospective writers need to enter the industry with confidence. It combines theoretical, analytical and practical elements to develop your understanding of the sources and stimuli that inspire your own scripts, as well as aiding in the development of your personal voice.
On completion of the degree, students will have created a portfolio of work to a professional standard, from initial concept to finished draft and thereby be prepared for professional practice.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants should normally possess a good first degree (2:1 or above) but we will consider applicants with other experience which gives an equivalent basis for entry.
