*Registration is compulsory for your contingent to move to the backend and for us to track your progress. Once your contingent is registered, follow steps as below.
– Login to your BMMBox-Detour website here http://bmmbox.com/detour10/wp-login.php and you will be in your dashboard area.
*Detour Admin provides username and password to contingents. If you don’t have yours, YELL…at yourself….and get in touch with the Detour Admin now!
– Next, click on ‘Posts’ on the left column and on the drop-down click ‘Add New.’
Now you will be on the ‘Add New Post’ page and in the middle of it all is what is called a WYSIWYG text editor. Fancy name – Don’t bother about the WYSI-Whatever!
– Here, at the top, you will write your headline, and below that, you will write your text. Make it really good. It gets you your points! Yay!
– You will also see a bar, which is similar to Microsoft Word. You can highlight your text and click bold or you can italicize, strike through, unordered list, order list, you can also right justified, center, left justified, add upload image files, and videos. Wow! Bars rock!
For the GREEK Gods…sorry…GEEK Gods, currently, you are in the visual editor but you have the option to click on the HTML editor if you need to paste in some sort of code or you prefer to write in HTML. For example, if you need to insert a YouTube video, you can click on HTML tab and paste in the embed code. If you don’t know what’s an embed code, then this paragraph wasn’t for you. Had told you earlier!
– Then on the right hand column, there is a Preview and also a Publish button and below that there are your tags and Categories. Tick the checkbox of your contingent name under the Category section. If you don’t tick your contingent name, your Godliness will be auctioned tomorrow morning. No…sorry…nothing like that will happen – only your contingent will loose points. So be sure to tick the right category!
– Once you finish writing your post, you can click on Publish. Wait a few seconds for the website to update itself and then you should see at the top of the page a link called ‘view post.’ Click on it to see your new post on your website and at anytime you may come back to edit, modify the same post, or even delete it.

1. Log in using username and password
2. Window will redirect to the Dashboard
3. Click the ‘Posts’ tab [extreme left corner]
4. Click the ‘Add New’ Sub Tab [right side of title]
5. Start filling in the blanks.
6. As needed, add tags, and make other selections from the sections below the post.
7. Tick in the box of your contingent name under the Category section [extreme right corner]
8. When you are ready, click Publish.
