University Description: Bournemouth University is at the heart of the largest non-industrial conurbation in Europe. It is in a wonderful location sandwiched between the UK’s newest National Park, best beaches and largest natural harbour. It is home to a major financial services sector (JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Building Society and Liverpool Victoria among others) as well as having the largest concentration of language schools outside London and many national headquarters including the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and Sunseeker International. The Media School provides high standards of academic practice, industry quality facilities and a globally lead outlook to the media industry. These factors combined produce internationally successful graduates who have gone on to achieve phenomenal success within the media industry, with Bafta and Oscar winning alumni to fortify our claims.

Course Description: Graduates from the course go straight into national and local broadcast news, national and local newspapers, national magazines, and often enjoy an accelerated rate of promotion in their chosen profession.
