University Description: Bournemouth University is at the heart of the largest non-industrial conurbation in Europe. It is in a wonderful location sandwiched between the UK’s newest National Park, best beaches and largest natural harbour. Course Description: Students will be on campus for approximately three weeks during the entire two-year course in a total of four residential periods. During these periods students will be involved in a range of activities that are designed to develop their knowledge and expertise, in the area of ‘writing for the screen’, such as:
- Analysed screenings
- Exercises and discussions
- Group meetings and one-to-one tutorials.

Eligibility Criteria: The course is designed for people currently working in the media industry and also those who are looking to enter the industry. The normal requirement is an honours degree or comparable qualification, but appropriate experience will also be taken into account and all applications are treated on an individual basis.
